Production Details The vineyards were cultivated biodynamically with canopy control and multiple harvest passes. Lees contact was extended, with bâtonnage performed sparingly; oak use was restrained, and bottling used minimal sulphur.
Tasting Notes Pale gold with green reflections; grapefruit pith, lime blossom, gunflint and crushed herbs; citrus oil, white currant and saline minerality; taut and chiselled, with a long linear finish.
Food Pairing Poached turbot with beurre blanc; truffle risotto; or sushi with yuzu and daikon.
