2025 Technical Specifications

Region Pauillac
Harvest Dates 28 Aug 2025/2025-09-23
Production Details Plot-by-plot picking began with Merlot to preserve freshness and aromatic complexity. The producer reports approximately 30 hL/ha for Merlot and 20 hL/ha for the Cabernets; these are variety-specific yields, not a finished-wine yield. Average alcohol after alcoholic fermentation was 13.4%, which is not presented as the final bottled-wine alcohol. Extraction was especially gentle, with adjusted pumping-over volumes and frequency, followed by maceration and infusion with almost no intervention as alcoholic fermentation progressed. The final blend took shape during winter.
Tasting Notes Crisp, precise opening; generous mid-palate; long, savory finish; concentrated yet balanced. Cabernet Sauvignon showed pedigree and precision, Merlot texture and aromatic complexity, and Cabernet Franc rose and iris notes.
