Production Details The grapes were handpicked, destemmed and gravity-transferred to tanks at the Hospices winery. Traditional vinification was supervised by Hospices de Nuits cellar master Jean-Marc Moron. The wine was transferred to new oak barrels and remained in the Hospices cellars until Maison Edouard Delaunay took it over in March; total ageing was approximately 15 months.
