Production Details The grapes were harvested manually and rigorously sorted. Maturation lasted approximately 12–15 months in French oak, with a moderate proportion of new wood. The merchant recommends serving at 16–18 °C and opening the bottle one hour before drinking.
Tasting Notes Brilliant ruby colour; ripe red fruit, cherry and raspberry; spicy and floral notes; supple, elegant attack; balanced mid-palate with fine tannins and bright acidity; persistent, harmonious, fruity and spicy finish.
Food Pairing Roast or sauced poultry, including chicken with mushrooms; grilled or pan-fried red meat, including veal fillet; soft bloomy-rind cheeses such as Brie or Camembert.
