Production Details Dry white wine from manually harvested, organically and biodynamically cultivated vines. Alcoholic fermentation lasted 9 months in 225 L and 400 L barrels, followed by lees maturation without racking until bottling; the barrels were intended only to provide gentle oxidation. Bottled in October 2025. The producer recommends opening 2 hours before serving at 10–12°C.

Production Details Dry white wine from organically and biodynamically cultivated vines. Grapes were harvested manually with a sorting table in the vineyard. Long alcoholic fermentation took place in barrels, followed by lees maturation without racking until bottling; the barrels were intended only to provide gentle oxidation. The producer recommends opening 2 hours before serving at 10–12°C.
