Production Details Sweet white Chenin described by the producer as having approximately 45 g/L residual sugar. Grapes were harvested manually into crates, using an in-vineyard sorting table and successive selective passes, on 14 September 2020. Alcoholic fermentation took place in barrel for six months with 10% new oak; élevage was conducted without racking to preserve aromatic potential.
