Production Details Méthode traditionnelle from purchased Montlouis fruit grown by a young grower in organic transition. Fermentation may take up to six months; malolactic fermentation was not sought. The bottles spent at least one year on their lees before disgorgement.
Tasting Notes Dry, taut and fresh, with pear, quince, lime, white flowers, white peach and green apple; crisp, mineral-laced acidity.
