Production Details The vines were 30–60 years old. Fermentation included 40% whole bunches. Maturation lasted 17 months in oak. This was the first vintage vinified and aged in the estate's new gravity-fed facilities. Les Loups was among the estate wines bottled February 13–15, 2024.

Production Details Alcoholic fermentation lasted three weeks, proceeded entirely by gravity and used 40% whole bunches. Maturation lasted 17 months in oak barrels, and bottling began April 18, 2023. The sheet recommends opening the estate's reds three hours before service without decanting or replacing the cork and serving them at 16–17°C. The estate described its 2021 practices as biodynamic practicing.
