Production Details The importer’s 2022 vintage notes describe cooled and crushed grapes, long pressing without settling the solids, early and rapid fermentation, malolactic fermentation completed by Christmas, and no lees stirring. For the Fairendes parcel, half the vines were planted in 1964 and the remainder in 1974.
