Production Details The 2022 range underwent early, rapid fermentation with no post-press settling and no lees stirring; malolactic fermentation finished by Christmas. Picking measurements across the producer's wines were 12.4–13.0% potential alcohol and were raised by light chaptalization to 13.2–13.5%; these are producer-wide must figures, not finished-wine analysis. The source also states that part of this Meursault blend was not estate-grown.
Tasting Notes Jasper Morris, October 2023: fresh pale lemon, stylish and refined Meursault bouquet, expected body and surprisingly firm citrus-like acidity. Allen Meadows/Burghound: acacia blossom, hazelnut, spice and Granny Smith apple, with rich texture, subtle minerality and a punchy, sappy, citrus-acid finish.
