Production Details The 0.33-hectare Les Doués parcel lies at the top of Mercurey at high altitude and faces east. The wine was matured for 12 months in barrels, 33% new, followed by six months in tank; it was bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Production Details Fruit was hand-harvested and given a one-week cold maceration before indigenous-yeast fermentation in open-top wooden tanks. The wine matured for 12 months in French oak barrels, one-third new, followed by six months in tank. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered, with the work following the lunar cycle.
Tasting Notes Red plums, black cherries, baking spices, red and black fruits and pepper; fine-grained tannins and good concentration.
