Production Details Organic farming with mechanical soil cultivation and ploughing; harvested by hand with selective sorting in the vineyard. Aged for 12 months in 350-liter oak barrels, 15–20% new, followed by 4–6 months in stainless-steel tanks before bottling.
Tasting Notes Clear straw yellow; fresh aromas of almonds, hazelnuts and fresh fruits; rich, harmonious and elegant, with vibrant freshness, tension, complex aromatics and a lively, persistent finish.
Food Pairing Asian food; aperitif or antipasti; cheese; fish and seafood.
