Skurnik’s exact 2020 listing instead specifies fermentation and aging in 350 L barrels and 48 months on lees, creating a genuine lees-duration conflict. A Wine Advocate review at Skurnik describes a December 2024 disgorgement with 3 g/L dosage for its reviewed release; this bottle/release observation is not generalized because the producer and importer technical listing state 2 g/L.
Tasting Notes Producer/Peter Liem: saline tension, radiant bitterness, apricot, white peach and nectarine. Wine Advocate, reviewed 30 July 2026: apricot, kumquat, mirabelle plum, rye bread and ground-cherry, with tangy acidity and a subtly phenolic finish.

Production Details The producer states that the wine was aged in oak barrels, bottled under natural cork for the prise de mousse, and matured for 4.5 years on the lees before disgorgement. The importer’s review archive documents separate reviewed disgorgement lots: Wine Advocate records November 2023 at 2 g/L dosage, while Vinous records December 2024 at 2 g/L. These dates are retained as review-lot context rather than vintage-wide disgorgement claims.
Tasting Notes Producer/Peter Liem: saline tension, radiant bitterness, apricot, white peach and nectarine. Wine Advocate, reviewed 8 May 2025: citrus rind, pear, dried apricot and blanched almond, with incisive acidity and a saline finish. Vinous, reviewed 30 December 2025: crushed flowers, chamomile, dried pear, sage, mint and ginger.
