Tasting Notes Deep red with violet highlights; blackcurrant, blackberry, plum, pomegranate, blood orange, exotic spice, orange zest and vine smoke; dense, full-bodied and juicy, with abundant fine powdery tannins, lively acidity and a long, energetic finish.
Food Pairing Grilled beef rib, spiced roasts, game, salmon, poultry in rich sauce, and washed-rind cheeses such as Époisses or Munster
