Tasting Notes Neal Martin (January 2024): struck flint, orchard fruit, clementine, lemon peel, Anjou pear and pepper, with intensity, definition and a harmonious finish. William Kelley (January 2024): green orchard fruit, apple blossom, white flowers, iodine and freshly baked bread; satiny, vibrant, chalky and saline. Allen Meadows (June 2024): light smoke, pear and apple compote, carnation, citrus confit and crushed fennel; compact, dry and persistent.
