Production Details At a 6 October 2022 cellar tasting, the 2021 Les Tillets was identified as domaine fruit from a biodynamically farmed middle section of the parcel, toward Javillier and Roulot, with vines approximately 50 years old. The report states that the wine was still in barrel; the producer also said no 2021 wines were acidified.
Tasting Notes Yellow citrus with a slightly waxy character; direct palate with some gas and a little tannin, chalky texture and lingering citrus flavor.
