Production Details Whole-cluster vinification, short vatting and very low intervention; the producer states that sandstone vessels replaced all oak barrels beginning with the 2022 harvest. Tasting Notes Ben, Burgundy Wine Club, tasting at the domaine in November 2025: intricate and delicate perfume; turned earth, vanilla and bittersweet blood orange; powerful, savoury, dark and deeply complex palate.
