Production Details The 2022 cellar protocol used crushed and cooled grapes, retained the solids after pressing, omitted lees stirring, and employed an early, rapid alcoholic fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation completed by Christmas. Les Baudines was sourced outside the producer's own domaine. Decanter classifies this exact 2022 wine as oaked.
Tasting Notes Charles Curtis MW, Decanter, November 2023: gooseberry, passionfruit, linden flower, flint and saline minerality, with lively texture, vibrant acidity and a long finish. Neal Martin, Vinous, October 2023: chalk, white peach and citrus, with crisp acidity, harmony and light reduction.
