Its exact-wine note says this cuvée used about 40% whole bunch, but the producer's general 2021 statement on the same page says no stems were used in the vintage; the whole-bunch/stem specification is therefore unresolved and should not be treated as settled.
Tasting Notes Slightly salty and faintly reductive, with a supple shape, fine width and a fine finish.
