Production Details Grapes were sorted and destemmed, then cooled to 10°C for one week. Alcoholic fermentation began naturally without added yeast. The wine matured for 12 months in 228-litre French-oak barrels, including 10–20% new wood, before racking and blending in tank for several additional months of settling and clarification. Suggested serving range: 16–17°C.
Tasting Notes Deep cherry color with red- and black-fruit aromas; powerful, rounded and full-bodied while retaining fruit and balance. Bourgogne Aujourd'hui additionally described intense color, rich black-cherry, cassis and blackberry aromas, and a powerful, dense, still-youthful palate.
