Tasting Notes Golden colour with green reflections; vine peach, white peach, candied lemon, orange zest, grapefruit, jasmine, lily of the valley, almond, fresh bread, star anise, iodine and chervil; ample perfumed fruit, fine peach-stone and citrus-peel bitterness, yellow-fruit texture, saline minerality and a light liquorice note.
Food Pairing Simply prepared sea bass or turbot; court-bouillon-poached shellfish; roasted scallops with chervil emulsion.
