Production Details Whole clusters were pressed, followed by barrel fermentation and approximately 11 months of maturation. The cuvée used high-end François Frères Tronçais barrels, comprising 30% new barrels and 70% barrels aged one to three years; bottling occurred before the following harvest.
Tasting Notes Bill Nanson, tasting at the domaine on 13 October 2021: higher-toned and relatively open aromatics; fuller, energetic palate with richer fruit, balance and an excellent long finish.
