Production Details Fruit came from old vines in the Les Poisets lieu-dit below Les Cailles. The vintage received gentle macerations followed by an extended 31-month élevage in a blend of oak and ceramic; it was the domaine's final vintage involving oak before the move to full ceramic ageing from the 2022 harvest. The importer recommends serving at 16–17°C. The producer separately states that its vinifications have used whole bunches since 2012 and short cuvaisons.
Tasting Notes Blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry, red and darker fruit, floral lift, black pepper, fine spice, minerality and a gentle savoury edge; silky, finely structured, fresh and poised.
