Production Details Limited, numbered, ephemeral natural-sparkling cuvée made for the domaine’s tenth anniversary, with five years of total élevage. Chardonnay juice from the 2021 harvest spent one year in barrel; during the 2022 harvest, fermenting Chenin was added at bottling to create the bubbles. The wine then aged four years on its lees before disgorgement. The producer describes the result as a semi-pét-nat or semi-crémant.
