Production Details The 2.25 ha parcel was planted between 1920 and 1945 near the summit of the Moulin-à-Vent hill, about 50 m from the windmill. Grapes are harvested manually with 40% whole clusters, followed by three weeks of open-vat fermentation with very gentle extraction and 15 months of maturation in barrels described as having held one to three wines.
Tasting Notes Dried rose petals, black fruit and sweet spices; powerful, fine and elegant.
