Production Details Practicing-organic Chardonnay from Narvaux Dessus, the highest-altitude section of Meursault above the premiers crus; the site is over 300 metres in elevation and the vines are over 25 years old. Fermentation and maturation took place in 456 L barrels, 85% new, for 12 months, followed by 7 months in stainless steel. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
