Production Details The 2021 red-wine regime used gentle extraction: a long cold soak preceded tank fermentation, after which the wine was pressed and moved to barrel before malolactic fermentation. It was not racked before being returned to tank ahead of bottling. Strict grape sorting followed a wet growing season and severe frost losses.
Tasting Notes Glorious colour; elegant and pure; bright fruit over savoury undertones; fresh, fine integrated tannins; concentrated, with cranberry and spice on the finish.
