Production Details Fermentation begins in stainless steel and continues in oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and maturation. The juice is lightly settled with solids retained; there is no bâtonnage and no racking before bottling.
Tasting Notes Robert Rolls, tasting the 2023 release: lifted lime and hazelnut aromas; a rich, juicy and silky attack; lime-driven acidity, grip and succulent white fruit on the finish.

Production Details Vineyard context reported for the 2022 release: a 0.94-hectare parcel, of which 0.52 hectares is Chardonnay in Clos de la Maltroie and Les Places, with vines described as 25+ years old. Bill Nanson additionally records three vine-age cohorts and says half of the young 2012 vines were removed in 2020 because of a problem with 161-49 rootstock. The domaine reported 12.8–13.5% natural alcohol across its entire 2022 range; that range is not an exact finished-wine analysis for this bottling.
Tasting Notes Bill Nanson, tasted at the domaine on 19 October 2023: airy and faintly floral on the nose, with a crystalline, energetic palate and a broad, persistent finish.
