Production Details Alko's bottle-specific listing states hand harvesting, natural-yeast fermentation and 10–12 months in French-oak barrels, and lists acids as 5.4 g without an explicit per-volume unit or analytical basis. Its stated maturation conflicts with the producer's undated current specification of at least 18 months in barrel, so both durations remain source-specific rather than reconciled.
Tasting Notes Raphael Gimenez-Fauvety rated the wine 92+ and described crushed-plum and old-rose colour; patchouli, strawberry, raspberry, cherry, peony, blue flowers, violet and bergamot; a peppery, strongly mineral palate with ginger and redcurrant kernel; and a saline, ferruginous, persistent finish.
Food Pairing From spring 2027: beef tartare with fries, skirt steak, veal with fries, French beans, spinach, or well-peppered duck breast with cherries.

The wine matured for at least 18 months in French-oak barrels, 20% new, where malolactic fermentation occurred, followed by three to four months in vat before bottling. Recommended serving temperature is 14–16°C.
