Production Details At the February barrel tasting, the producer's 2013 wines had not yet been racked or sulfured and retained noticeable carbon dioxide; these are tasting-stage observations, not finished-bottle specifications. The exact La Chanière note also reported a discreet wood influence.
Tasting Notes Burghound described fresh, cool red-cherry and raspberry aromas with herbal tea, spice and soft earth; a pure, medium-bodied and well-delineated palate; and a vibrant, complex, persistent finish with slight youthful austerity.
