Production Details During Stephen Tanzer's barrel tasting, one barrel retained a hint of malic acidity following a very late secondary fermentation; a second barrel showed comparable power and grip, with sweeter tannins and greater apparent length. This barrel-specific observation does not establish a finished-wine malic-acid value or a vintage-wide malolactic specification.
Tasting Notes Producer-hosted review: light redcurrant and raspberry aromas; medium-bodied, fleshy and ripe, with good acidity and a precise, slightly herbaceous finish.
