2024 Technical Specifications

Drinking Window 2031–2038
Region Les Grandes Lolieres
Vineyard Yield 22 hL/ha
Production Details Kristaps Karklins reports a 22 hl/ha yield from a sunny northern-appellation site planted in 1968. Jasper Morris instead says the yield exceeded 25 hl/ha and records that, when tasted in November 2025, the barrel sample had just completed malolactic fermentation and had received only a small sulfur addition at harvest up to that point. The conflicting yield observations are preserved rather than reconciled.
Tasting Notes Kristaps Karklins, February 2026: cherry, orange peel, rose petal, hard candy and sweet spice; vibrant and racy, with powdery tannins, lively acidity and a long perfumed finish.
