Production Details Manually harvested from a 1.5-hectare parcel and matured for one year. A second exact-vintage source places the site at approximately 220–240 meters on the mid-slope. Recommended serving temperature is 11–12°C.
Tasting Notes Fresh white and yellow fruit, white flowers, acacia honey, white pepper, subtle sweet spices, and an iodine-tinged pastry finish. Jasper Morris MW, tasting in October 2024, additionally noted white fruit, riper apples and wood showing on the finish but expected to integrate.
