Production Details Produced from a high-hillside parcel received from Pierre-Yves Colin's aunt and used for this cuvée since 2013. The vines were described as more than 80 years old. At the 25 November 2021 tasting, the wine was still undergoing élevage and was tasted from barrel.
Tasting Notes White peach, spring flowers, crisp green apple and struck match; medium- to full-bodied, satiny and tensile, with lively acidity and a long mineral finish.
