Production Details The estate’s parcel comprises 0.3 ha and 14 rows, each 216 m long. The 2022 vintage was vinified and matured in the estate’s new gravity-fed installation. The sheet is internally inconsistent about maturation duration: its general white-wine section says 16 months, while its Les Folatières-specific technical section says 17 months; therefore no exact canonical aging duration is proposed. It states that wines other than Clos des Lambrays were bottled during 2024-02-13 through 2024-02-15.
Certifications ECOCERT — certified organic
Tasting Notes Producer-supplied 2022 vintage profile: highly scented, expressive and intense; luscious, rich and silky on the palate, with notable balance.

Production Details After pressing, the juice settled for 12–24 hours before cloudy juice was transferred to barrels and fermented with wild yeast. The wine matured for 17 months on vinification lees in oak barrels without racking. The vineyard was practicing biodynamics. The distributor recommends opening the wine three hours ahead without decanting or replacing the cork and serving white wines at 13–14°C (55–57°F).
Tasting Notes Producer-supplied 2021 vintage profile: fine, delicate and scented, with suave, fresh and gracious palate sensations; less dense but marked by grace and elegance.
