Production Details Burghound reports that only one barrel was made in 2024. Bill Nanson’s January 2026 tasting report records Jean-Pierre Latour’s statement that the fruit was completely destemmed, despite a whole-cluster impression in the wine.
Tasting Notes Jasper Morris describes raspberry and strawberry fruit with concentration and a tougher edge. Bill Nanson reports dark, spicy and complex fruit, some pyrazine character, concentration and generosity, with a good finish.

Production Details At Jasper Morris’ October 2021 tasting, the 2020 sample was unfinished and malolactic fermentation had not yet completed; the reported high acidity therefore describes that unfinished sample and not the finished bottled wine.
Tasting Notes Allen Meadows describes ripe yet fresh cassis, black cherry and earth, followed by dense, focused and sappy flavours, fine-grained tannins and a structured, youthful finish. Jasper Morris’ October 2021 unfinished-sample note describes very dense fruit, red-fruit tones and pronounced acidity.

Tasting Notes CellarHand describes the wine as rich, full-bodied and intense, with a powerful bouquet, vibrant colour, earthy and smoky notes and considerable length. Allen Meadows’ June 2018 review adds spice, cassis, black cherry, earth, noticeable oak, medium body and a balanced, lingering finish.
