Production Details The 0.86-hectare parcel lies at 245–260 m on a 7–8% slope. Harvest was entirely manual and the fruit was completely destemmed, then vinified in concrete vat for two weeks with natural yeast. Maturation lasted 18 months in French oak barrels, approximately 30% new. Recommended serving temperature is 16–18°C (61–64°F). The estate reports following organic-farming precepts since 2007 and being in the process of certification.
Tasting Notes Woodsy nose with sweet plums and blueberries; substantial body, lively acidity, lightly quince-like tannins, pure fruit, crushed-slate character, and a very long finish.

Production Details Harvest was entirely manual; the fruit was destemmed and vatted for two weeks, followed by 15 months of barrel aging with 35% new oak. The vineyard is reported at 245–260 m on a 7–8% slope. The sheet's vintage note gives a Domaine-wide average yield of 25 hL/ha after spring frost, distinct from this wine's reported 21 hL/ha yield. Although the sheet is headed 2021, its harvest-date line prints “September 1, 2020”; that internally inconsistent date is retained as printed and is not accepted as a 2021 harvest-date claim.
