Production Details The source describes a 0.23-hectare parcel planted in 1985, situated above Montrachet and east of Champ Gain. Following a long alcoholic fermentation, the wine matured for 12 months in 300- and 600-litre oak vessels, then spent 6–12 months in tank after blending.
