Production Details The 0.67-hectare parcel is cultivated under lutte raisonnée while transitioning toward organic farming, without herbicides and with traditional ploughing. The wine matured for 12 months in small barrels, 15–20% new, followed by 6 months in stainless-steel tanks, and was lightly filtered before bottling.
Tasting Notes Fleshy, mineral and deep, with finesse; delicate aromas and complex citrus, linden-blossom and spearmint tones.
