Production Details The importer’s producer-level 2023 notes report picking from 4–11 September; the wines were vinified over 12 days without sulfur until after an early malolactic fermentation and were assembled in tank before imminent bottling. The reported alcohol range for the domaine’s wines was 12.5–13%, so no exact wine-specific alcohol value is assigned. The notes also report 20% whole-bunch vinification “from Etelois upwards,” without independently quantifying this cuvée.
Tasting Notes Neal Martin, Vinous: plump red cherry and blackcurrant aromas; medium-bodied, with pliant tannins, pure silky texture, sour-cherry tension and a persistent finish.
