Production Details The 0.42-hectare Chardonnay parcel was cultivated organically with mechanical soil work and ploughing. Grapes were harvested manually and selectively sorted in the vineyard. The 2023 wine was matured for 12 months in 350-liter oak barrels, 15–20% new, followed by 4–6 months in stainless-steel tanks before bottling.
Tasting Notes Clear straw yellow; intense fruit and floral aromas; rich and vibrant palate with fresh fruit, opulent structure, and a fine saline-mineral finish.
