Production Details The wine comes from grapes and musts purchased from supply partners under rigorous specifications. Grapes are harvested by hand in open-work crates and sorted carefully if necessary. Maturation is in oak barrels, including 20–25% new barrels, for 14–16 months; the wood comes from French high forests. Source caveat: both exact-vintage sheets also print total destemming, 2–3 weeks of fermentation and maceration in small open vats with punch-downs and pump-overs, indigenous yeasts, and vertical pressing. That red-wine-style paragraph is internally inconsistent with the sheets’ white, 100% Chardonnay identity and is therefore retained as a source anomaly rather than accepted as settled wine-specific vinification.
Tasting Notes Pale-gold to golden, bright appearance; dried-fruit, brioche and white-flower aromas; dense, complex palate with pronounced minerality.
