Production Details The wine came from a 0.38-hectare parcel below La Comme and Beauregard, planted to Pinot Noir in 1988 on clay-limestone soil. The vines were cultivated according to organic principles with mechanical soil work and ploughing. Grapes were hand harvested, carefully sorted and destemmed using a vibrating table. After a 15-day minimum-intervention maceration, the wine matured for 12 months in 350-liter barrels, 15–20% new, followed by 4–6 months in vat before bottling.
Tasting Notes Ruby color; ripe red fruit, cherry, raspberry, fine spice and subtle earthy nuances; ample and silky, with fresh fruit, velvety tannins, fine structure, lively acidity, length and depth.
