Production Details At Burghound's February barrel visit, the producer's 2017 red range had not yet been racked or sulfured; Mounir Saouma said he had left the wines completely untouched in cask while they developed.
Tasting Notes Burghound: pure and elegant, with assorted red berries and soft spice; caressing medium-weight flavors, an inner-mouth perfume, soft minerality and good depth.
