Production Details Domaine Laroche's plot is 1.12 ha and is farmed sustainably. Grapes were hand-harvested and winery-sorted before pneumatic, gentle low-pressure pressing. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation took place in French-oak barrels. The Wilson Daniels sheet is internally inconsistent about maturation: its summary says 16 months in French oak, while its detailed vinification states nine months on fine lees in 228 L, 400 L and 600 L barrels followed by at least six months in stainless steel; Liberty Wines supports the latter nine-month-plus-six-month sequence. Estate vintage notes say harvesting began on 25 August, while Liberty describes the overall harvest as running from late August into early September; neither source provides the Les Clos picking date. The producer recommends serving this release at 12–14°C.
Tasting Notes Wine Enthusiast 2025: ripe citrus, wild white flowers and earthy white mushrooms, with bright acidity and a balance of power and elegance. Liberty Wines: delicate florals, lemon cordial and gunflint, with vibrant acidity, salinity, finesse and a long finish.
