Production Details Decanter reported that the 2019 wine came from a 0.6-hectare Cazetiers parcel and underwent gentle fermentation followed by ageing in used casks. Separately, Wine Advocate reported Cyrielle Rousseau’s domaine-wide vintage context: harvesting began on 12 September 2019, average yield was approximately 35 hl/ha across the domaine, and no cuvée was chaptalized.
Tasting Notes Decanter (October 2020): clear, pure fruit with a darker register, mineral and earthy notes, fleshy texture, and a silky, approachable palate. Wine Advocate (January 2021): sweet berry fruit, smoked meat, rich earth, peony and mandarin-orange aromas, with lively acidity and velvety tannins.
