Production Details This was the first separately bottled vintage: an expanded parcel made a standalone cuvée possible. Vinification used all whole bunches, with no sulfur added until racking. A Jasper Morris note separately reports 13.7% at harvest; that harvest measurement is not treated as finished-wine alcohol.
Tasting Notes Jasper Morris MW/Inside Burgundy, 2022 release: energetic dark-berry fruit, spice, white pepper and whole-cherry perfume, with a drier finish.
