Grapes were not crushed and were gravity-vatted. A five-day cold pre-fermentation maceration at 12–15°C preceded the 21-day total maceration, with light daily pumping-over. Maturation comprised 16 months in oak barrels followed by one month in stainless steel; 20% of the barrels were new.

Production Details The documented parcel measured 0.6738 ha, was east-facing, and included 1983–1986 plantings with removal and replanting in 2012; the site lies at 240–250 m. Uncrushed grapes were gravity-vatted. A five-day cold pre-fermentation maceration at 12–15°C preceded the 19-day total maceration. The cap received two punch-downs during vatting, followed by one light pumping-over per day. The wine matured for 16 months in barrels, 20% new.

Only 70% of the harvest was destemmed; grapes were not crushed and were gravity-vatted. A five-day cold pre-fermentation maceration at 12–15°C preceded the 21-day total maceration. The cap was punched down daily until mid-fermentation, followed by light pumping-over through the end of vatting. The wine matured for 17 months in barrels, 60% new; part of the barrels was racked.
