2011 Technical Specifications
Region Les Combettes
Production Details A contemporary importer-hosted critic document described the wine as having 12.9% natural alcohol and acidity of 4.3 g/L, compared with 4.5 g/L for the 2010 version. The document does not identify the acidity basis, so neither figure is proposed as canonical finished-wine alcohol or total acidity.
Tasting Notes Bright yellow; rich aromas of peach, pear and acacia; opulent stone-fruit and toasted-nut palate with framing acidity, a slightly bitter-edged finish and impressive length.
