Production Details The 2022 wine is described as coming from two vineyards planted in 1976 and 1992, totaling 0.70 ha. Grapes were pressed with a pneumatic press, held in tank for a few hours, settled, and transferred directly to oak barrels for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The same page separately describes the Combettes parcel as planted in the early 1990s, so the planting information is internally inconsistent and should retain this qualification.
Tasting Notes Pomelo; floral notes; candied citrus and orange marmalade; toasted hazelnut; subtle butter; generous, deep and unctuous texture
